Frustration

I just purchased this app and I would like to point out a few flaws:
1- Ive written and rewritten a routine 23 frustrating times due to the app freezing and sometimes shutting down on me.
2- I cannot save multiple apps; Interval Timer app allows me to do so and not crash on me.
3- purchasing the pro edition doesnt give me anything different than the free app.
4- I am unable to get a refund
