I really like this interval training app! I used this to start a jogging program, and I had never run before. I read an article about jogging 101 and chose the walk/run style training program. I entered 10 programs changing the walk/run ratio from mostly walking to mostly jogging. It was nice to have all these programs saved because I got an injury and when to was time to start my program again I needed to start at an easier pace and my program time for that was there. This app is very configurable and I like how I can have my music change for different intervals. Check this app out, I think youll like it.
