Indispensable App

This is my go to app for everything, not just interval training, also yoga, weights, even study, anything that can be broken into slices of time and tracked.

Great App!!

I have been using interval timer for at least two years. For keeping your training in an orderly fashion. The interval timer is what you want. It is easy to use and the interface looks great. The only feature that would make this app perfect is a add sounds feature. This would allow you to add different bells to singing bowls. I believe this would be the #1 meditation app if you could simply just add to the menu of sounds.

Frustration

I just purchased this app and I would like to point out a few flaws: 1- Ive written and rewritten a routine 23 frustrating times due to the app freezing and sometimes shutting down on me. 2- I cannot save multiple apps; Interval Timer app allows me to do so and not crash on me. 3- purchasing the pro edition doesnt give me anything different than the free app. 4- I am unable to get a refund

Free vs paid pro

Please, explain the difference between the free app and the pro version. There are no ads in the pro...and... There are 41 reviews but only 31 are shown. The app freezes. If that doesnt happen then it shuts down. Unable to make multiple workouts. Oh yea, no refunds.

Great timer!

Use this for yoga and running intervals, works fantastic!

Nice app, but some problems

The app continually freezes as I am building workouts. I have to save after every change I make to avoid losing all Ive done to that point. It tends to freeze when I go to change the number of intervals in a complex interval sequence.

Frustrating

Its great when it works but it crashes every time I try to set up a complex interval timer.

The app is easy to learn and adjust. It makes my sretchimg routing so much easier.

Just what I needed!

I really like this interval training app! I used this to start a jogging program, and I had never run before. I read an article about jogging 101 and chose the walk/run style training program. I entered 10 programs changing the walk/run ratio from mostly walking to mostly jogging. It was nice to have all these programs saved because I got an injury and when to was time to start my program again I needed to start at an easier pace and my program time for that was there. This app is very configurable and I like how I can have my music change for different intervals. Check this app out, I think youll like it.

Works as advertised

Works great. My only suggestion is to add better music controls such as shuffle/repeat into the app itself.

Practical and easy round timer

I purchased this round timer when schedule changes meant that I had to leave my CrossFit class. I still wanted to do a modified CrossFit so I use this timer along with a wireless headset to grab a similar workout no matter where I am. I like that you can control the music from within the app. When the phone is in "landscape" orientation its easy to see the timer from across a room. You have to take some time to set up your timers, but once you have them set, works perfectly. I have had this about a year and I am very pleased!

Upgrade?

I upgraded because I like the free version and thought I should give back. Ha! Your workouts that you created do not transfer into the "upgraded" version so youll have to program it all over again or just stick with the free one. Junk!

Great App

Ive been using this app for years. I love it. Works consistently and was ahead of the times when I first got it. Continuously improves!! I finally upgraded and lost all my pre-set programs. It would be amazing to have the free version import to the paid version at upgrade. Thats the only reason for a 4 vs 5 star.

Not intuitive

I had to have someone whos used this Ap help me program a workout in as I couldnt figure it out myself. Even after doing so there are not many options for interval times and sounds that arent unnerving. Would not recommend.

Simple and functional for my interval training

Excellent for Hit, stretching, Pilates

This is a great app to program your session and start working out and change the exercise, movement when alarm indicates. It also help to keep the pace for yoga/Pilates session.

Great app!

I use this app multiple times a week. Its very versatile and customizable. If you do timed workouts, like tabata or HIIT, this is a definite must have!

So flexible! U can change and add almost every thing! From simple to complex cycles and save them for other times so u can progress! Thank u so much

Fantastic app - once set up makes workouts a real push

While initial interval set up takes a little time to get just right, once in it makes workouts - especially solo spin much more intense. Simple interface and large numbers make this the best of what I tried
